o Who owns the social media accounts when an employee departs?

o Sales reps - What constitutes an improper solicitation via social media?
o Can we investigate an employee’s social media account if we suspect they are discussing confidential information?

Well, come to this informative session that will discuss what bankers look at during their underwriting process, why they ask for so much information and what to expect throughout the process. If you would like a free lending consultation, bring three years of business financial statements and two years of personal tax returns and you will receive a report in the weeks to come after the program.

If you can let us know as soon as possible that you aren’t able to attend, we would greatly appreciate it. Those individuals who don’t show with no contact will be excused the first time, but will be billed $30 for each chronic no-show.
