What is it you really want from your business? Most second stage business leaders regularly grapple with the following frustrations:
    *  Control - Is balancing time between business and home a challenge?
    *  People - Are all of your people on the same page?
    *  Profit - Do you have to grow in order to stay competitive but can't afford it?
    *  Hitting the Ceiling - Is your company revenue stuck at a plateau?
    *  Nothing's Working - Have you tried strategies from the latest great business books, but nothing seems to stick?
If these challenges seem all too familiar, you're not alone. Join Mike Kotsis, a professional Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) implementer, for a comprehensive session on how to simplify, clarify, and get what you really want from your business. Walk away with some simple tools that will help you to achieve your vision, faster!

Walsh Business Briefings are free to attend but preregistration is required.

Those individuals who don’t show with no contact will be excused the first time, but will be billed $30 for each chronic no-show.
